Here your guests will be seated and served all of their meal by catering staff, this is normally the most expensive option Here your guests will be seated in the same manner as silver service, but they will help themselves to the food which will be laid in the centre of each table Your guests will be invited to the buffet area where they will be served by catering staff. This may be an option for those on a budget. Often friends and relatives will help prepare a buffet and hire in catering staff to serve the food, or have friends and relatives taking on this task. In some cases you can leave the guests to help themselves
